Opening Hours

・Opening hours are announced inside the facility and on our official website.
・Hours of operation may change or the restaurant may close temporarily due to ingredient availability or facility circumstances. Any changes will be posted inside the facility.

Reservations and Cancellations

• Please confirm the final number of guests by 12:00 noon on the day before your visit.
• If you must change the number of guests or cancel your reservation, please contact us as early as possible.
• Same-day cancellations or reductions in the number of guests are subject to cancellation fees as outlined below.

Guest Conduct

• Please refrain from behavior that may disturb other guests, bringing dangerous items, gambling, or any actions that disrupt public order.
• Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant. (Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome.)
• If any restaurant or facility property is damaged, the cost of repair may be charged.

Allergies and Menu

• ・Guests with food allergies must inform us in advance.
• ・Menu contents may change depending on ingredient availability.
