Ninja Experience – Safety Guidelines & Participation Rules

Ninja experiences require advance reservation.
During the experience, participants are required to wear a helmet and pass through dark, narrow passages with slopes.
For safety reasons, the following guests may not be able to participate in this attraction:

Guests Who Cannot Participate
For safety reasons, the following guests are not permitted to join the Ninja Experience:
・Guests using assistive devices (wheelchairs, crutches, baby strollers)
・Preschool children
・Guests under 110 cm in height
(Elementary school children must be accompanied by a junior high school student or older)
・Guests with serious physical or mental conditions
・Guests who have difficulty walking independently
・Guests who are not in good health
・Pregnant guests or those who may be pregnant
・Guests who have severe fear of darkness or enclosed spaces
・Guests under the influence of alcohol
・Guests carrying dangerous or disruptive items
・Guests who do not follow staff instructions or disturb other visitors

Before You Join the Experience
Please review the following guidelines carefully:
・No refunds will be given if you retire or leave due to personal reasons.
・Violent or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal and notification to the police.
・Do not run inside the facility, as it is dark.
・Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited.
・Please refrain from posting spoilers of the attraction on social media.
・Guests with hearing impairments may have difficulty following audio guidance.
(We are currently preparing programs that are more accessible for hearing-impaired guests.)

Guests Who Should Contact Us Before Booking
To ensure your safety and comfort, please contact us via the inquiry form before making a reservation if:
・You use a hearing aid or cochlear implant (and can hear audio guidance in dark areas)
・You have difficulty communicating verbally
・You require additional support or have concerns about participating

Safety & Comfort Guidelines
・Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking in the dark.
(High heels are not recommended. Rental shoes are available if needed.)
・Please arrive at the reception desk at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.
・Late arrivals may not be able to join the experience.
・Suitcases and large baggage are not allowed inside. Please use the lockers provided.
・Guests who do not follow the organizer’s rules may be denied entry or asked to leave during the experience.

Cancellations
・Until 8:00 AM on the day of use: No cancellation fee.
・After 8:00 AM on the day of use: Cancellations are not accepted. 100% of the ticket price will be charged.

Please note:
・Cancellations must be made by the customer directly via the online reservation system.
・For group reservations, cancellation applies to the entire booking. Partial cancellations (e.g., canceling only 2 out of 5 people) are not possible.
　・Example: If you reserved for 5 people but 2 cannot attend, you must cancel the entire booking of 5 people and then rebook for 3 people (subject to availability).

Suspension Due to Weather
・If the attraction is suspended due to sudden weather changes, cancellations can be processed at the reception desk.

Late Arrivals
・If you expect to arrive late, please contact the Ninja Experience facility as soon as possible.
・If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your reserved time, your booking may be treated as a no-show and canceled without refund.
・Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in refusal of future reservations.

Lost Tickets
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued.

Q.　Is there a weight limit for the Ninja Experience?

　A.　There is no individual weight limit for participants. However, for safety reasons, the facility as a whole is designed to accommodate a total load of approximately 1 ton at one time.
Please also note that some passages are narrow, about 60 cm (24 inches) wide, so guests should take this into consideration before participating.

Q.　What sizes are available for the ninja costumes?

　A.　For adults, we offer Free Size and LL (Extra Large).
For children, costumes are available in S, M, and L sizes.
